Cavanna Photography – offers complete photographic services and staff
for youth sports events including: Action photos, League photos,
Special events, Tournament photos and Family portraits with their
athlete(s).
Over the past 20 years, we have photographed most sports both indoors
and out i.e. Youth Baseball, Soccer, Football, Ice Hockey, Roller /
Street Hockey, Girls Softball Fast and Slow pitch, Cheerleaders,
Martial Arts schools, Tennis tournaments, Horse Show events, Golf
tournaments, etc.
In allowing us to photograph your league games, tournament play, etc.
we consistently provide top quality photo images which will be
cherished by family and friends for many years to come.
We have offered traditional photo print packages with prices ranging
from $15.00 up to $75.00 from a single pose all these years and fully
intend to do so in the future. However, this year we will also be
providing leagues, schools, etc. with a “Digital Photography option”.
All digital photography provided utilizes state of the art digital
camera equipment – Nikon professional D1X / D2H cameras and their
associated lenses normally used in photographing pro sporting events.
This digital option broadens our ability to provide your athlete’s,
family and friends with greater cost savings while offering more photo
images placed onto compact disc’s or CD’s as they are referred to for
your personal computers. All our high resolution photo images will be
copyright FREE for you to make as many photos of you children as you
desire or even share them over the internet. It also gives us the
capability to provide action posed magazine covers at a fraction of the
normal cost which are a big hit with everyone. You can make photo
realistic prints from your home PC printers or take the CD to your
local camera / department store for traditional photo prints as you
would normally do when you want to develop your own film.
You will have a choice of 2 CD’s: The first CD offer will include – a
team photo, a photo of the coach / instructor, (2) two posed action
photos and all photos taken during their game, etc. for $30.00. The
second CD offer will include: a team photo, a photo of the coach /
instructor, (2) two posed action photos, a “posed action magazine
cover” and all photos taken during their game for $35.00.
Once we have photographed your event, you will receive a sample CD with
various sports photo selections of high resolution posed and action
photos.
In addition, we can set up your league’s photo day as a fund raiser.
Where the league will receive $3.00 for every athlete (up to 299)
photographed, who purchase a CD and $5.00 for every athlete (beyond
300) athletes photographed, who purchase a CD. We will also provide the
league with a CD of all photographs taken of all the event(s) as a
special thank you. Some of the many uses for these CD’s can be: if your
league distributes a newsletter, or as a promo for potential new
athletes wanting to join the league, they are great fun when a big
party / awards banquet time comes around and you want to show some of
the highlights of the past season to everyone on a big screen through a
personal computer or just to show other leagues how successful your
city or town, etc. is in providing community youth sports
programs.
All CD’s will be delivered to your designated “team photo coordinator”
within 3 weeks of photo day and the CD’s with all photographs taken
will be provided to your designated “overall league coordinator” at the
same time along with the fund raiser check raised as a result of your
league, etc. allowing us to photograph your event.
